Priya Living Fremont is very special. Located in one of the most culturally exciting locations in the Bay Area—sandwiched between Fremont and Milpitas—you’re surrounded by rich cultural amenities, convenience, and distinctive California beauty. Pop over to one of the areas numerous temples, restaurants, commercial centers or local parks. Then, come home to a quiet tree-lined cul de sac with single-family homes and a true neighborhood feel.

Art is a central element of the community. From the large, contemporary mural created by Bay Area artist Namita Kapoor that is the focal anchor of our courtyard to interior art pieces, Priya Living reflects the creativity that surrounds us.

Our 20 contemporary one-and two-bedroom residences—each with it’s own balcony or patio— surround a large open courtyard. In addition we have communal areas and amenities onsite for residents to enjoy:

Regardless of which Priya Property you call home, you can stay very, very busy here if you wish to. On any given day, there is a lot going on. Start your morning with yoga. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the courtyard. Learn the latest Bollywood dance moves. Take a class on Ayurvedic gardening.
